About Reggie Continued...

It took about a year to put his first show together but finally in October of 2000, Reggie gave his first performance at Michael's Restaurant and was hired back there three weeks later.  Since then he's played at private parties, Elks Lodge, Mt. Airy Country Club, Cross Creek Country Club, Midkiff's Restaurant, and Downtown Live at the Emporium in Mt. Airy.

Also, Reggie has performed with Melva Houston and performed at her International Music Festival.  He has also played at the Wolf's Lair, Doe Run Lodge, Freddie B's, Willie's Honky Tonk, Ham's Restaurants, a private party for some of the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg, and competed in the Annual Piedmont Blues Preservation Society's Talent Showcase.

In May of 2004, Reggie released his first CD.  Since then, he has performed at Roy's Place, owned by the well known bluesman and recording artist Roy Roberts and still performs at private parties, clubs, and bars such as; Carlisle's Pub and Auction House Bar and Grill where he performs on a regular basis.

In Reggie's hometown, he has played at the Good Life Cafe during the Autumn Leaves Festival.  Goober's "52", which is the most unique and popular restaurant in Mount Airy, just hired him for a night of blues on their patio.

In August 2004, Reggie played a benefit at The Club House in Greensboro, NC with other blues artists such as Roy Roberts, Ladies Auxiliary, and other local bands.
